Take a moment to ensure that you will have an optimal virtual experience. We use a service provider (Adobe Connect) to broadcast the conference. Please verify that your desktop PC (or the device that will be using during the event) supports the minimum Adobe Connect technical requirements for a Client. You can quickly test your device here to determine whether these technical requirements are met.
If you encounter issues, we recommend first checking with your IT department to ensure that the configuration of your device, network or firewall is not causing a problem.
