Maintenance & Technical Support
Latitude Geographics’ Maintenance and Support Policy sets out the provision of maintenance and general technical support. Maintenance, which encompasses research & development service for product releases, enhancements or upgrades, is not mandatory and is at the licensee’s option.
Technical support is not included as part of maintenance, but is offered separately.
