Although Geocortex Optimizer is quite new (December 2008), this product applies our years of experience creating related products (our popular Geocortex Statistics and Geocortex Uptime) for users of ArcIMS-generation technology. Geocortex Optimizer broadens focus to the entire next-generation ESRI-based web-GIS hardware/software stack, applies lessons learned, and encompasses use cases not possible with previous generation technology.

Geocortex Optimizer is based on a distributed architecture that collects critical hardware and software metrics across your ArcGIS Server infrastructure.

Vast amounts of data stored in a database form the basis for the various dynamically-generated yearly, monthly, and daily reports available through Geocortex Optimizer reporting interface.

Whereas many additional reports and analytical tools will be added in future releases, the Geocortex Optimizer collector foundation is complete; ensuring comprehensive baseline data will be available for future analysis.
